Still life invoking tenderness with an angel gently cradling a small bird. This image won the 2013 Chicago Flower and Garden photography show best in the still life division.

My innate creativity is incorporated it into each of my works of art. Knowing that I am the only person on the planet to capture a particular moment in time is absolutely thrilling and, to some extent, carries with it a responsibility to share with others what I have experienced. As a photographic artist, I have been able to mold the moments captured in my photographs into works of art that frequently, and surprisingly to many, closely resemble paintings. This is accomplished on the computer employing what is known as the “digital darkroom”.
